Skin Cancer Surgery
Use this scheduling request if:
- You have been diagnosed with skin cancer (such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, or melanoma).
- You were referred to us by another provider for Mohs micrographic surgery or skin cancer removal.
- Our surgical team will review your referral and contact you to schedule your procedure promptly.
Examples include:
- Biopsy-proven skin cancer requiring Mohs or excision.
- Referral from dermatologist, primary care, or other specialist.
- Request for post-Mohs reconstruction.
General Dermatology / Spots of Concern
- You do not currently have a dermatologist.
- You would like a skin check or have a specific area of concern, including:
- A changing or new mole
- A spot that is not healing, red, or scabbing
- An area that may be cancerous or precancerous
- You have a skin growth you would like Dr. Hocker to evaluate or remove.
- You’re seeking an evaluation for a general dermatology concern, such as a rash, acne, or another skin condition.
Examples include:
- Preventive full-body skin check.
- Suspicious new skin spots or moles.
- Chronic or non-healing spots.
- Cosmetic or benign growth removals.
